THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of
1967, by and between
of
the parties of the First Part, hereinafter called the GRANTORS,
and the City of McCall, Idaho, a municipal corporation, the
Party of the Second Part, hereinafter called the GRANTEE,

That the GRANTORS for and in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR (S1.00) and other valuable consideration, to
them in hand paid by the GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release
and forever Q.UTICLAIM unto the GRANTEE, and to its
succes-
sors and assigns, atemporary and apermanent easement for
a right of way for water and/or sewer pipes, mains and con-
duits on, under, through and across the premises hereinafter
described, g g together with the right ht to construct, maintain,

and repair underground pipelines and/or mains for the purpose
of conveying water and/or sewage, together further with the
right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches for the
location GE said water and/or sewer pipes, mains and conduits.
The land affected by such easements and rights of way
is located in McCall, Valley County, Idaho, and is described
as follows

A tract of land in SE ENE%, Section 7, Townshi e 18
North, Ran • e 3 East, M.
The said easement and right of way covers a strip of
land thirty (30) feet in width during construction and in-
stallation of the utility and a sixteen (16) foot wide strip
lying within such 30 root strip for a permanent easement
and right of way, which easements and rights of way for such
water and/or sewer pipes, mains and conduits, lie equz-- .
distant on each side of the following described center line
to -wit:

Beginning at a swoint on the section line which bears North
p o5 West, 701.9 feet from the quarter section corner
common to Sections 7 and 8, T. 18 N., R. 3 E. , B.M. ,
thence North 65 ° 3 ' West, 370.0 feet, more or less to the
true oint of beginning, thence North 79° 00' West, 25.0
feet, more or less, to the westerly e ro erty line of
rantors aro eerty.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises,
together with the aopu rtenances , unto the said GRANTEE and to
its successors and assigns forever.
This grant shall be effective as long as said easement
shall be actually used for the purposes above specified, and
all right hereunder granted shall revert to the owners r of
the landwhen said use shall have been abandoned and discon-
tinued for a term of five (5) years or longer.

The GRANTEE shall at all reasonable times have the
right to enter upon the lands hereinabove described for the
purpose of constructing, repairing and rnd _in.t a. tning said water
and/or sewer pipes, mains and conduits, doing as little damage
as possible.
