Board presen.~ were Yankovich, Holland, Buchheister, Klancke and C.B,~ ~~~-~ Board reviewed the minor subdivison of the Coffelt plat. This plat was presented to the board only tonite for the first time. Clerk reported all of the corrections or additions that need to be added to the plat as presented. Board felt that this review was to limited time wise and changes should be made and presented back in time for review before the next meeting. One item in particular was discussed. Stairs leading to the top unit is in the required set back. This requires obtaining a variance of the Zoning regs, or will need to be moved to within the allowed building area. Owner will need to decide what to do and proceed. Plat tabled until the next meeting. Ed Opitz review for the Board the Road Network study done to date and present an executive summary of the study. Various aspects of the plan were discussed with regards to numbers generated for different planned roads. Aslo review were the marginal access roads and the need for planning to see if these are needed at the locations suggested. Schedule for meeting was discussed. Staff will met on Sept. 22nd to review and evaluate the proposed intergovernmental agreement and comments that have been recieved.; This meeting is at 1:30. County will hold a hearing Oct. 23rd with regards to the study. Ed also reviewed the proposed Hyw. 40 access planning. Ed would like to see this adopted as ae:plan and take it before the Hyw. Dept. engineers for a piliminary approval. Thereby creating a planning tool that at least has some consensus from the Hyw. Dept. Ed asked that all P.C. and Town Board member that could schedule the time attend a work shop meeting on the preannexation agreement for Maryvale. This will give the document the input from the boards before it is presented for final document consideration at the annexation hearing. Planning members discussed the Cozens Ranch House problem and the request by the Mayor to Regis/Maryvale to do futher studies and planning to see if this building can remain at the site. Board will need to wait until MV planners have studied this problem and reports back. No futher business meeting ajourned at9:30 p.m. ýÿ
