SUBJECT: Approval of Purchase Order # 18 for the Mesa Lift Station Pump# 3
Background and Analysis:
The Mesa Lift Station has four pump stations total, two of the pump stations are currently
working. One pump station needs repairs but will work manually with an operator present
at all times and one is offline and does not work.
The cost to repair the non working pump is $18,248.40.
City ordinance requires that any purchase over $10,000.00 must be approved by the City
council. Copy of the repair estimate is attached.
Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact would be a onetime payment of $18,248.40 for pump station #3.
