THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT nade lend entered ince this 4tb d6y of June, 1988, by and
between the follaving parties:
Ruth 0. Gruae, owner of Lot ]03 of Rio Vista Subdivision No: 5; and
Elmer Jea#ee Rue} and Lucille S. Rush, husband and vife, ovnbra of Lot 104 of Rio Vista
Subdivision No. 5 end the South 24 feet of Lot 28 of Rio Fiats Subdivision No. 2; and

WHEREAS the parties herein are the rimers of and have ,title to that certain real

N0J, THEREFORE, for goad grid voluble coaaiderarion. the "Owners" hereby grants,
assigns and sets over to each other non-exclusive easemensa and rights of way for
roadway and underground or overhead utility purposes, over end across thole portions
of the above described property as follow:
EASEMENT;
To establish a 20 foot vide easement, being 6 feet of Loft 25 and 14 feet of Lot 27,
Rio Vista Subdivision No. 2 and running parallel to the boundary line common to said
lots 27 and 2B of Rio Vista Subdivision No. 2 nod ending at 8 point being OP0m6n to
said Lota 27 and 26 of Rio Vista Subdivision No. 2 and Lbte 103 and 104 of Rio Vista
Subdivision No. 5
This easement shall be maintained by the owners'tor successors ❑r
