Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m.~Chairman Jensen, Sue Buchhesster ,
Steve Holland, Linda Spooner in attendance.
Coffelt Plat was reviewed. Name change to Cimmaron Condos.
Plat appears in order from the last time of review.
Clerk reported that some of the legal documents remained but
plat at this time is in compliance. Site map has been left
off of this submittal.
Motion made by Holland that the plat be passed to Town Board
for final review and a decission if site map needs to be placed
on plat, 2nd Buchheister, carried.
Scott Bradley reviewed the idea of annexation of 1.5 acres of
property next to the Barn Store. Board discussed utilities
that would be needed expansion either through town supplies
or W.P.W. district. Aighway access would be a problem that would
need attention as well. Bradley would request a B Zone for this
property. Bradley will be back in touch after reviewing some
of the thoughts from this meeting.
No futher business, board adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
