The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to
order at 7:40 p.m. New members to the Board are Dan Leahy and
Tim Day, replacing Steve Holland and Jack Kopp. Also
present were Sue Buchheister and Marianne Klancke, C.B. Jensen
and Vicky Winter.
Old business:
Annexation Plan. Board reviewed the requirements of a need
to have an annexation plan. C.B. reviewed his discussion with
Planner Fred Fox and his suggestion to adopt the Comp. Plan
as the annexation Plan for the Town as the Comp. Plan addresses all
of the issues that need be addressed per the requirments.
Klancke made a motion to direct the Town Attorney to prepare
the documents needed and present them to the Town Board for
adoption, 2nd Buchheister.
General discussion on agenda items that need to be taken care
of in the months to come by the Planning Commission was reviewed.
Zoning language changes being the main issue to be worked on,
other than normal business to come before the Board.
No futher business, meeting ajourned at 9:00 p.m.
