AMENDING & SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 207 ENTITLED
"SEWERS'"
OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the borough of Carteret (the
"Borough ") that the Code of the Borough us hereby amended and supplemented as
foltows:
Section 1 §207 -22. "Fee Schedule Established" is hereby amended and
supplemented to include the following new respective ranges .with
the amount to, be set by resolution and in accordance with
development approvals:
§ 207 -22A. $500 - $8000.
§ 207- 22B.$500- $8000.
Section 2 All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such
inconsistency.
Section 3 If any section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to
the section, paragraph, sub - division, clause or provision so
adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed
valid and effective.
Section 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.
