PLANNING COMMISSION
OCT. 26, 1988
The special meeting of the Eraser planning commission was
called to order at 6:30 p.m. Board present were Klancke,
Buchheister,Leahy, Jensen. The purpose of this meeting is to
review the proposed pre-annexation agreement for the Byers Peak
Ranch proposed annexation. The proposed document was delivered
to the Managers office today for review. Manages Brown
discussed the open space with regards to the requirements. At
this time the requirement wifih only zoning does not need to be
met, however the trade for fees suggests that the open space as
shown on Exhibit 8 is a trade item and the board should for the
record make this clear as to the meaning of trade out. Turner
stated that he wanted this open space to make a better
development and to address the master plan. The plan reflect
some 215 acres in open space,roads etc. The board will look at
this item as being a viable trade. Brown also reviewed
different section of the document the board should review. The
board needs to have any comments back to the manager by next
Tuesday, the developer will then revise or have addressed items
for the next regular meeting on Nov. 9th.
