AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 06 -33
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the bulk
schedule approved as part of adopting Ordinance 06 -33 is replaced with a revised
schedule subject to its review and any recommendations by the Planning Board.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that Beacon Planning is hereby authorized to assist the
Planning Board in it review.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that all Ordinances and/or provisions thereof
inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to
the extent of any such inconsistencies.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that if any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of
this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent
jurisdiction, tine section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever
able from the remainder of this Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage
and publication according to law.
