A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR CERTAIN PARCELS
FROM M-2 to C-2
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 1200 Industries
Road and legally described on Exhibit A as M-2; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estates' zoning designation to
a C-2 Commercial District in order to allow the owners of said property to use said
property for restaurants, hotel, retail strip mall and convenience store with fuel sales.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2
Commercial District.
Passed and Adopted this 5th day of September, 2006, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
