Selectperson Whitney, Town Administrator Peter Lombardi, Assistant Town Administrator Donna Kalinick,

Call to Order and Declaration of a Quorum
Chair Chaffee called the meeting to order at 8 : 31 AM .
Review of FY20-21 Select Board Strategic Plan, Discussion of Progress Made on Priority Goals and
Feedback from Staff and Town Board/Committees on Potential Changes/Additions , and Identification
of FY21 -22 Consensus Goals
Mr . Lombardi reviewed the process of collecting feedback . Last year, the Board considered over 100 goals
and identified 38 consensus priority goals for FY20 -21 • The status of these goals is included and color coded .
After day one , a category was added for COVID19 pandemic .
The schedule for the day as follows : f
