MAY 22, 1991
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to
order at 7:30 p.m. Board present were Jensen, Suchheister,
Shapiro and Schmidt. Also present were Town Manager Brown and
Vicky Winter.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.
Brown handed out the final draft for the Bed and Breakfast Inn
regulation that will go to public hearing at Town Board on June
5th 8:00 p.m.
Brown reviewed a subdivision exemption for the Arby's parcel.
Arby's is deeding the Town the property on Elk Creek so that we
can add this to our Town park pro3ect in that area. Town Board
w311 approve this by Resolution.
Suchheister moved to approve the exemption for the Arby's parcel
for the park addition, 2nd Shapiro, carried.
Brown reviewed need within the Business Zone that need revised.

Following proposals were reviewed.
30' stream set back
Landscaping requirements for businesse's
Need for sidewalks, easements and built by owner
Add drainage plan requirement
highway 40. allow the 5' set back, or to abut
. edge of sidewalk
Allow canopy/ eyebrow aver the sidewalk where
appropriate
Consider design review process
Board to think of all other concerns within the business zone
language that they want worked on.
