JUNE 26, 1991
The regular meeting of the Commission was called to order by
Chairman Day 7:40 p.m. Board present were Jensen, Shapiro,
Swatzell, Schmidt, Buchheister and Klancke. Also present were
Town Manager Brown and Vicky Winter.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.
Brown advised the Commission that the Town Board had continued
the Bed and Breakfast hearing to July 6th and advised the
Commission of the changes that were made to the proposed
Ordinance.
Board continued discussion on the Business zone changes.
Items of wark include:
1. Development criteria rather than design standards for
different map boundaries of the Town.
2. Breaking up of different uses to areas.
3. Include in standards for 3395 snow storage, paving,
parking, and drainage plan.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
