between Main St. and So. A St for street repair in front of the new West End Corp Building.

they are requesting to close the intersection of NW 5 St and W. Main St and approximately 200
Feet farther east on W. Main St to tie in the existing water mains into the newly installed lines.
Richmond Celebrates Kids Parade
They are requesting to modify the street closure petition for the moonlight parade and change it
from September 16 th, 2017 to September 23 rd, 2017 based on the I-70 construction. No other
changes are being made except the date of the parade times and route will remain the same. The

HOME COMING PARADE
The route for the Home Coming Parade was approved at the July 27, 2017 Board of Public
Works and Safety meeting for September 13, 2017. This request is to ask for a rain date of
September 14, 2017 which wasnt included in the original request.
ROAD CLOSURE
Milestone Contractors has requested the closure of Round Barn Road from Gaar Jackson Road to
Industries Road to re-construct the road. That section of road will be closed for a period of 45 days
