AUGUST 14, 1991
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to
order by Chairman Day at 7:45 p.m. Board present were Shapiro,
Swatzell, Schmidt and Jensen. Also present were Town Manager
Brown and Winter.
Minutes of the June 26th and July 24th meeting were approved as
written.
Board approved of the next meeting to be held on Sept. 11th
instead of Sept. 25th.
The Business District reps were reviewed as related to;
1. Allowed uses
2. Height
3. Building orientation
Staff to draft criteria for this district per the ideas
presented, for the next meeting.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
