OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED that Section 71-12 is amended as follows:
No Plenary Retail Consumption license shall be transferred to another premise or granted to
a premise within a distance of four hundred (400) feet from an existing licensed premise
covered by a Plenary Retail Distribution license. Nothing in this section shall prevent the
transfer of a club license within four hundred (400) feet of an existing licensed premise.
