Walley Alves advised the Board that he would be tearing down the
Old Lighting Liquor building this spring and wanted input on what
the Town would like to do there as far as landscaping. He also
asked for input on his property as a whole with development
design to make it a better lot for future building, maybe
vacating the alley, dedication lot 23 for an eventual street
connection. But asked the Board to think about how they would
like it to look when developed in the future. Board will work on
some thoughts concerning this property. Landscaping would be
nice for the highway frontage for now.
Board reviewed a proposed increase to the parking regulations.
Winter stated that during the Winter months with the rental units
and tickets issued to tenants it appears that there is a problem
