The regular meeting of the Board was called to order at 7:45 p.m.
Board present were Marianne Klancke, Sue Buchheister, Vesta
Shirpiro and Bob Swatzell. Also present was Vicky Winter.
Board reviewed the letter submitted by attorney McGowan
concerning the right to reclassify uses within zones.
The Board spent the rest of the evening reviewing the proposed
districts, uses in these districts etc.
Draft 3 and use lists within districts will be further worked on.
Klancke suggested that the corner lot, dealing with side and
front lot line needs to be reviewed with allowance to adjust
either way for a particular building plan.
No further the meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
