MARCH 25, 1992
Chairman Day called the regular meeting of the commission to
order at 7:30 p.m. Board present were Jensen, Buchheister,
Shirpiro, Ylancke and Swatzell. Winter was also present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.
Klancke reviewed for the members that had missed the last meeting
what the board was considering for the documents that they were
working on.
Jensen asked that instead of working on all of the zones he would
consider the most important one would be the Clayton Trailer
Court zone. as the Town is investing a lot of money for the
sculpture park and information center he would like to see a way
to zone that property to get re-development in the trailer park
that would look appropriate with what the Town is doing. Also
Jensen would like to see about moving the Williams building or
relocating the office for him, to accomplish the road connection
in that area.
Board would need a map of the new subdivision of the trailer park
with the rest of the area.
Find out what property taxes would apply if a business zone were
placed on the trailer park property.
Board will continue to work on these ideas.
