To provide professional program development and consultation services for the City for the
remainder of 2017, and for the 2018 and 2019 calendar year.
Cost for this service shall not exceed $109,440.00 annually, and includes a prorated fee of
$36,480.00 for the remainder of 2017. Property and Casualty and Workers Compensation services
will be provided on a commission basis.
