RESOLUTION NO. 09-31
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT APPROVING A
NEW POSITION OF DISTRICT CLERK IN THE ADMINISTRATION
DEPARTMENT AND AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-10 POSITION
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN TO REFLECT THE
ADDITION OF THE NEW CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the District's Position Classification and Compensation Plan shall be
adopted and may be amended by the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has approved a New Position in the
Administration Department, and an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Position
Classification and Compensation Plan reflecting the classification;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors hereby amends
the Fiscal Year 2009-10 Position Classification and Compensation Plan effective November
18, 2009 as noted in Appendix B.
