Planning Commission was called in special to again look at the
Jones development as the site plan has changed from the approval
received earlier. Some members of the P.C. could not be reached
for this meeting. Board present were Tim Day, Klancke,
Buchheister, Swatzell and Jensen. Also present was Paul Jones,
Developer, Clay Brown and Winter.
Jones showed the site plan that is now proposed. Brown has been
working with Jones and explained that the building has been moved
back on the lot and front is facing the highway now. Plan
accommodates better parking and drainage. The proposed future
expansion of the building has been eliminated. Fire Dept. has
reviewed the plan for access and Town engineer is reviewing it.
Plan was reviewed especially in regards to parking, access,
driveways, deliveries, bus stops, pedestrian assess, lighting.
Jensen moved to approve the development plan plat with the
following conditions to be subject to staff review:
1. snowstorage adequate
2. Landscaping at 15~
3. deliveries made to the back.
4. dumpster screening
5. Lightening plan, light the one-way signs.
6. Bus stop escrow if plan does not work as drawn.
7. Town will remove snow at owners expense if he
doesn't.
8...Pedestrian walks and entries at the back.
9. Escrows for improvements as needed.
