ORDINANCE 83-2006
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM A-1 TO C-2
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 1401 Highland
Road and legally described as follows, to wit:
Pt. NW Sec 21-14-1 3.8 Acres
as A-1 as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
C-2 for commercial use, medical, hotel, etc.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 District.
Passed and Adopted this day of 2006, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
