Genesis of Richmond South 12 th Street from Main to Alley
They are requesting the closure of South 12 th Street from Main to the Alley on October 27, 2017
from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for a Zombie Walk to gather canned goods and cleaning supplies for the
shelter. October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and they would like this event to bring
community awareness to Genesiss mission and allow the community to help with charitable
donations.

ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 127-2016 BIO-CARE
To continue to provide services of physical examinations to the City of Richmond Firefighters,
including, but not limited to, general physical examinations, blood draws, pulmonary function test,
vision and hearing test, and other standard testing for 2018.
Contract No. 127-2016 shall remain intact and unchanged and in full force and effect.
ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRCT NO. 154-2016 TESTING FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, LLC DBA
THE INSTITUTE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL
To continue to provide consulting and testing services in connection with the firefighter application
and hiring process for the City of Richmond Fire Department as set forth within the scope of
Contract No. 154-2016.
This is a renewal of the contract for 2018 and shall remain intact and unchanged and in full force
and effect.
