FRASER PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES

MEETING: Planning Commission Regular Meeting
PLACE: Town Hall Board Room
PRESENT
Commission: Chairperson Motor Coulson; Commissioners: Vesta Shapiro,
Chiara Subhas, Steve Sumrall and Marian Waldron
Staff: Community Development Director Jeff Durbin and
Planner Drew Nelson
Others: Georgia Noriyuki
Chair Coulson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Comm. Sumrall moved, and Comm. Shapiro seconded the motion to approve
the minutes of the September 24, 2003 meeting as presented. Motion carried:

CDD Durbin introduced newly appointed Planning Commissioner
Cheri Sanders.
Actioa Items
Public Heariag - Fiaal Plat, Fraser Valley Condos Minor Subdivisioa
Comm. Sumrall moved, and Comm. Waldron seconded the motioa to open the
Public Hearing. Motion carried: 6-0. Following review by Planner Nelson and
discussion by the Commission, Comm. Sumrall moved, and Comm. Shapiro
seconded the motioa close the Public Hearing. Motion carried: 6-0. Comm.
Sumrall moved, and Comm. Sanders seconded the motion to recommend
approval of the Final Plat to the Fraser Board of Trustees with the following six
conditions being met prior to consideration by the Board: 1) A current title
insurance commitment will be submitted to the Town; 2) A general warranty
deed transferring the property from the owner to the HOA will be submitted to
the Town; 3) A note will be added to the plat stating that approval and
recordation of an as-built plat allows the sales of the subdivision to proceed; 4)
Zoning of the property and surrounding properties will be included on the plat;
5) The correct street and unit addresses of the property will be included on the
plat; and 6) Approval by the Town Attorney. Motion carried: 6-0
