AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 200.21 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE TERM OF OFFICE FOR MAYOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, NIINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section I. Section 200.21 of the Medina code of ordinances is amended and reads as
follows:
200.21. Two Year Term for Mayor. The term of office for mayor shall be
two years, beginning in January, 2005.
Section II. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 15`h day of April, 2003.
