A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL AS A-1 (AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT) TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - R-1)
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 0 Edinburgh
Drive located off the east side of South 23rd just south of Forest Hills Country
Club and legally described as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto;
as a A-1, Agricultural District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a PUD R-1 in order to allow the owner to construct five additional residential
homes to the east of the existing P.U.D. This additional P.U.D. is referred to as
Section 3 of Forest Glen Estates.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a PUD R-1.
Passed and Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2006, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
