The Wellsburg Town Council met in regular session on August 4, 1975,
with Mayor Hippen presiding and Councilmen Huisman,
Heinrich, Fairbanks,
and Cordes present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Heinrich, seconded by Cordes. Carried.
Huisman moved, Fairbanks seconded allowance of the
following
bills for payment:

The treasurer's report was accepted as read on a
motion by Fair-
banks, 2nd by Heinrich. Carried.
Cordes moved, Huisman 2nd appointment of Sharon
Jungling and Karen
Meyer to fill vacancies on the library board. Carried.
Moved by Fairbanks, 2nd by Heinrich to increase
the amount of the
town's maximum depository in the Peoples Savings Bank
from $100,000
to $200,000.

RTays--None Absent --Van Deest Carried.
The clerk was directed to forward a copy of the same
to the State
Treasurer of Iowa for official approval.
Huisman moved, Fairbanks seconded adjournment.
