I forgot to send the Savannah Electric agreement which is now attached. The agreement isn't signed. It says it is for telephone, telegraph and television cable but does not specify aboveground or underground. At my house the Comcast cable runs underground. Dianne K. Nothing could be placed in a way to interfere with use of the easement, so if it is GA Power it likely would not be a problem, but if it were for underground utilities, it could be a problem... Let me know if you need more information..
