Home My Public Portal About097-2006 - Budget Transfer- ParkORDINANCE NO. 97-2006 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for calendar year 2006; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2006 budget be amended as follows: A. Park and Recreation 1. Delete $96,000.00 from Salaries and Wages Account number 219.19.190.190.000.1196 2. Delete $30,000.00 from Salaries and Wages - Temporary Account number 219.19.190.190.000.1197 3. Delete $4,000.00 from Salaries and Wages — Part Time Account number 219.19.190.190.000.1198 4. Delete $2,950.00 from Social Security Account number 219.19.190.190.000.1220 5. Add $15,000.00 to Gasoline Account number 219.19.190.190.000.2211 6. Add $5,600.00 to Tire and Tubes Account number 219.19.190.190.000.2212 7. Add $26,000.00 to Building Materials Account number 219.19.190.190.000.2310 8. Add $3,700.00 to Equipment Maintenance Account number 219.19.190.190.000.2320 9. Add $18,000.00 to Electric — Facilities Account number 219.19.190.190.000.3510 10. Add $10,000.00 to Sewer — Facilities Account number 219.19.190.190.000.3530 11.
