Whereas, the standard speciiiestionrs for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended.
General or Standard Change Order Explanation
The purpose of this change order is to delete Item 0091-Cut Wall and to add Item 0112-Modular Block Wall for the same price as the Cut Wall.
The contractor wanted to install a Block Wall instead of the planned Cut Wall. The LPA, The City of Richmond, agreed to the change as long as
there was no increase in coats to the city.The Project Manager for INDOT, Joe Sheady, is aware of this change order and a draft copy will be
sent to hum. The work is necessary to complete the original contract scope and as such is considered participating.
