Home My Public Portal About098-2006 - Budget Transfer- AirportORDINANCE NO. 98-2006 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for calendar year 2006; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2006 budget be amended as follows: A. Richmond Municipal Airport Delete $8,550.00 from Salaries and Wages Account number 603.55.055.055.000.1196 Delete $40,000.00 from Capital Improvements - Facilities Account number 603.55.055.055.000.4113 Add $18,550.00 to Aviation Fuel Account number 603.55.055.055.000.2209 Add $1,591.62 to Runway Maintenance Supplies Account number 603.55.055.055.000.2420 Add $17,714.63 to Other Contractual Services Account number 603.55.055.055.000.3990 Add $3,741.95 to Repair Buildings and Facilities Account number 603.5 5.05 5.05 5.000.3 6 10 Add $3,294.35 to Electric — Facilities Account number 603.5 5.05 5.05 5.000.3 5 10 Add $2,971.30 to Property & Liability Insurance Account number 603.55.055.055.000.3401 Add $686.15 to Telephone and Fax Account number 603.55.055.055.000.3210 Passed and adopted this _4th_ day of _December 2006, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
