Rollcall: Mayor Philip Vandernail; Mayor Pro-Tem Eileen Waldow; Trustees; Brian Cerkvenik, Katie Soles, Kaydee Fisher, Lewis Gregory, and Parnell Quinn 2. Approval of Agenda: No Action 3. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes May 18, 2022 b) Resolution 2022-06-01 Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership Appointment Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 7-0. 4. Discussion and Possible Action: a) Resolution 2022-06-02 Authorizing the Town Manager to Expend Funds for A Fleet Purchase Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Resolution 2022-06-02 Authorizing the Town Manager to Expend Funds for A Fleet Purchase Motion carried: 7-0. b) Fraser Mountain Mural Festival Special Event Permit Trustee Cerkvenik moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the Fraser Mountain Mural Festival Special Event Permit. Motion carried: 7-0. c) Ordinance 487 Dissolution of Water and Wastewater Committee Page 2 of 2 Trustee Cerkvenik moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Ordinance 487 Dissolution of Water and Wastewater Committee. Motion carried: 6-1, Nay Waldow. 5. Open Forum: a) 6. Updates a) Byers Avenue Waterline Replacement Status and Lions Ponds Update The Contractor, Taylor Excavating is waiting to receive the bond for the Lions Ponds bathrooms. Taylor Excavating is also preparing a bid for the Byers Avenue Waterline replacement project. b) Victoria Village Update The town closed on the purchase of Victoria Village on May 20, 2022. c) Trustee Soles, suggested installing heaters in the pavilion in Old Town Park. d) Trustee Waldow, Clean Up day June 5, 11am-4pm. e) Mayor Vandernail, there is trash around town, Police Officer Ransom- a Code Enforcer has been hired and will require a few months of training. 7.
