Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
1. Rollcall: Mayor Philip Vandernail; Mayor Pro-Tem Eileen Waldow; Trustees; Brian
Cerkvenik, Kaydee Fisher, Lewis Gregory, Parnell Quinn and, Katie Soles
2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes June 1, 2022
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
4. Discussion and Possible Action:
a) Grand Kids Learning Center Expansion
Ashley Bobo, Director of Grand Kids presented to the Board. Grand Kids has made a
request to the Board to remove the tennis courts and rent or donate the land to Grand
Kids for an expansion of the center.
The Board supports the expansion. Grand Kids will come back to the Board with more
information.
b) Resolution 2022-06-03 Opting Out Of FAMLI
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2022-06-03 Opting Out Of FAMLI. Motion carried: 7-0.
c) Treasurer's Report
Finance Director Rob Clemens presented to the Board.

Trustee Quinn moved and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to suspend the Town
Board meeting and open the Liquor Licensing Authority meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
5. Fraser Liquor and Beer License Authority:
a) Tin Cup Tavern Liquor License Renewal and Change of Manager
Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Gregory seconded the motion to approve the Tin
Cup Tavern Liquor License Renewal and Change of Manager Registration. Motion
carried: 7-0.
Trustee Quinn moved and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to resume the Town
Board meeting and close the Liquor Licensing Authority. Motion carried 7-0.
6. Open Forum:
a) none
7. Updates
a) Trustee Gregory, the Farmers Market is moving forward they are working on the day
of the week.
b) Trustee Cerkvenik thanked CDOT for the repairs on HWY 40.
c) Town Clerk McVeigh, an offer for the Deputy Clerk position has been made.
8. Adjourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Cerkvenik seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
