RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION NO. 13-2017 APPROVING ADA POLICIES AND PRCEDURES
The City is obligated in accordance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to utilize
policies and procedures in order to continue to remain in compliance with the ADA and in order to
continue to receive federal funding.
RESOLUTION NO. 14-2017 APPROVING AND UPDATING THE CITYS POLICY IN
CONNECTION WTH PUBLIC NOTICE OF RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS
ACT OF 1964
In accordance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as Indiana Department
of Transportation (INDOT) requirements, the City of Richmond utilizes certain policies and
procedures in connection with Public Notice of Rights under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
in order to remain in compliance with the ADA and in order to continue to receive federal funding
these policies and procedures are required to be updated by the City from time to time.
