SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
MARCH 22, 2012
The special meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood was held on
Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly posted as
prescribed by the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by Chairperson Robinson. Roll call
was taken by Yolanda Delgadillo, Personnel Analyst.
Commissioner Attendance:
Present — Bradley, Robinson; Esparza; and Espinoza
Staff Present:
Alfredo Lopez, HR Director; Yolanda Delgadillo, Personnel Analyst
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Esparza.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Esparza and seconded by Commissioner
Bradley to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 15, 2012 All in
favor. Motion carried.
STUDIES AND REPORTS
Ms. Kristina Santana, Deputy City Clerk sworn -in Mrs. Barbara Battle. The Board
welcomed Ms. Battle aboard.
PUBLIC ORALS -None
COMMISSIONER & STAFF ORALS
Commissioner Bradley welcomed Ms. Battle back to the Personnel Board.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Bradley made the motion to adjourn and Vice - Chairperson Espinoza
seconded. The meeting adjourned at 5:38 p.m. to a Special Meeting on April 4,
2012 for a formal appeal hearing at 3:30 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
