NOTICE TO OWNER
DISCOUNTS SHALL BE ALLOWED ONLY IF PAID ON COMPLETION OF THE JOB. OTHERWISE THE FULL PRICE SHALL BE
DUE. A SERVICE CHARGE OF 1 1/2% PER MONTH SHALL BE DUE ON ACCOUNTS NOT PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS OF COMPLE-
TION. SHOULD IT BE NECESSARY TO PLACE A DELINQUENT ACCOUNT IN COLLECTION, THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE RE-
SPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTION EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY JOB BEFORE THE STARTING DATE. ALL JOBS HAVE THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON
LABOR AND THREE YEAR ON MATERIALS FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST STORM
DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OR HOMEOWNER NEGLECT. THERE WILL BE A 25% CHARGE FOR CANCELLATION OF JOB FOR
SENDING MATERIAL BACK AND CANCELLING PAPERWORK.
Under the Mechanics' Lien Law, any contractor, laborer, materialman or other person who helps to improve your property and is not paid for
his labor, services or material, has the right to enforce his claim against your property.
Any and all disputes and suits concerning this contract shall be in venue in the Magistrate Court of Chatham County, Georgia.
