PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medina
has adopted Ordinance No. 356. The or-
dinance establishes a high water level
on Lake Independence (957.8' above
sea level) which, if reached for three
consecutive days, will result in the cities
of Medina and Independence establish-
ing a slow no -wake zone within 250 feet
of shore. When high water restrictions
are in effect, no person may operate a
water craft in excess of slow no -wake
speed. The city of Independence has
adopted a similar ordinance to allow reg-
ulation of the entire lake. The full text of
Ordinance No. 356 is available for in-
spection at Medina city hall during regu-
lar business hours.

once each week for 1 successive weeks; it was first published on Monday, the 25 day of
Aug. , 2003, and was thereafter printed and published on every Monday to and including
Monday, the day of , 2003; and printed below is a copy of the lower case
alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby acknowledged as being the size and kind
of type used in the composition and publication of the notice:
