AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 (GENERAL PROVISIONS) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING THE PENALTY FOR
VIOLATION OF DISABLED PARKING REGULATIONS .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Chapter 1 (General Provisions) Sec. 1-13 (General penalty;
continuing violations) is amended as follows:

E. Violations of th e follo w in g li sted a nd described sectio ns of thi s Code s ha ll be punishable as provided in this
sectio n, except that any fine imposed for sa id vio lat ions s hall not be less than the amou nt prescribed for
each v io latio n in the fo ll owing li st:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
