OPTION TO RENEW CONTRACT 70-2017
The City of Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting by and through its Board
of Sanitary Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), hereby exercises its Option to
Renew its contractual Agreement with Merrell Bros. Inc., in Contract No. 70-2017, with the
City's renewal at the rates set forth in Contract 70-2017 for Year 2, that being the time period
from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, as set forth in Contract 70-2017.
In all other respects, the remainder of the terms, conditions and covenants in Contract 70-2017
shall remain intact and unchanged and shall continue to be in full force and effect.
The renewal rates with Merrell Bros. Inc are as follows:
Year 2: January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (if option to renew exercised by City)

Belt Pressing
Operational Cost per Gallon
Mobilization Cost
Demobilization Cost

All of which is approve and adopted this day of December, 2017.
