They are requesting a partial street closure to one lane so there can be through traffic with flaggers at times when needed. Richmond Sanitary District NW 13th St The large sanitary sewer interceptor replacement project along NW 13th St will begin on or after February 5th, 2018 and continue in phases for approximately 12 months. Phase I: NW 13th St starting at US 40 and ending at approximately Main St. The official detour would initially use SW 18th St and US 40, but may be modified as discussion with the bridge contractor begins. Signage would be per MUTCD. Phase 11: NW 13th St starting at approximately Main Street and ending at Peacock Rd. The official detour will be determined through discussions with County and their bridge contractor. Signage would be per MUTCD. Richmond High School BPA 7th Annual 5K/1 OK Walk/Run Hub Etchison Pkwy They are not needing a complete road closure, but they need traffic on Hub Etchison southbound blocked for 5-10 minutes at the start of the race (9am). Then they need controlled (not blocked) traffic on Hub Etchison, both southbound and northbound, from approximately 9:15-10:30am. There will be signs in the area warning drivers of the runners in the area. BID OPENINGS BID AWARDS CONTRACTS • CONTRACT NO. 16-2018 — LINDE GAS NORTH AMERICA LLC D/B/A LIFEGAS They will be refilling both D-size oxygen cylinders and M-size oxygen and provide tank rental for the Richmond Fire Department Not to exceed a total amount of $8,500.00 • CONTRACT NO. 17-2018 — R AND B ARCHITECTS LLC This contract replaces Contract No. 205-2017 that was never executed. They are to provide professional architectural services in connection with the City of Richmond's Stellar Fagade Restoration Project Not to exceed $61,000.00 • CONTRACT NO. 23-2018 — HILL ELECTRIC To provide on -call general electrical repairs for the Richmond City Building for 2018 The rates are as follows: $55.00 per hour $82.50 per hour for overtime on -call services There will be no material cost markup CHANGE ORDERS ADDENDUMS RESOLUTIONS • RESOLUTION NO. 2-2018 — RELEASE OF A DEDICATION EASEMENT This resolution releases the easement at 312 Henley Road back to the owners of the property.
