RESOLUTION NO. 10-47
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
APPOINTING WARD 2 DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, due to the death of President Mary Davey on October 2, 2010, a
vacancy was created in the position of Director of Ward 2, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined to fill the unexpired term of
Ward 2 Director for a term ending January 2, 2011 by appointment as required by law,
and
WHEREAS, the application and interview process for selection of an applicant to
fill the Ward 2 Director vacancy has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does appoint Yoriko Kishirnoto as Director
of Ward 2 for a term commencing November 29, 2010 and terminating on January 2,
2011.

District on November 29, 2010 at a Special Meeting thereof,by the following vote:
