A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING
A DONATION OF FIFTY TREES FROM TRIMMING LAND COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Trimming Land Company, Inc. has been maintaining the City's
trees for approximately the last three years; and
WHEREAS, Trimming Land Company, Inc. is willing to donate and plant fifty
trees; twelve twenty four inch box size trees and thirty eight fifteen gallon size trees.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 : That the City Council accepts the tree donation from the Trimming
Land Company, Inc.
Section 2 : That the City Manager or designee is authorized to accept the
donation.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 th day of June, 2012.
