A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
PAYMENT TO MUNITEMPS IN THE AMOUNT NOT -TO- EXCEED $1,610 TO COVER
AN INVOICE FOR CLERICAL SERVICES RENDERED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Development Services Department exceeded the threshold amount
in the MuniTemps Purchase Order; and
WHEREAS, Development Services Department received an invoice in the
amount of $1,610 for services rendered from November 7 through November 20, 2011;
and
WHEREAS, Clerical services provided by MuniTemps are important in the
preparation and implementation of the City's Real Property Report and Vacant Property
Registration process; and
WHEREAS, the budget is adequate to cover said invoice.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approve the payment
to MuniTemps, in the amount not to exceed $1,610.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute said payment.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City
Council Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 day of June, 2012.
