• RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
• TOTAL AMENDED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $16,647.80 FOR TEMPORARY
CLERICAL SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, Development Services has expended $14,522 of the Apple
Employment Agency Purchase Order leaving a balance of $478; and
WHEREAS, the City has received three invoices totaling $2,125.80 for services
rendered from April 2 through April 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, temporary clerical services provided by Apple Employment Agency
are important in the preparation and implementation of the City's Real Property Report
and Vacant Property Registration process; and
WHEREAS, the budget is adequate to cover said invoice.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approve a total
amended contract amount of $16,647.80.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute said contract amendment
in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City
Council Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 th day of June, 2012.
