PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, certain properties were acquired -by the Borough of
Carteret and /or Carteret Redevelopment Agency, and
WHEREAS, that due to this acquisition, the partial balance of
taxes for the 2013 tax year should be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
