Change Order - #003 Repair/weld leaks in stainless steel gutter.

Your change order, dated January 31, 2018 is hereby being designated for:
To isolate and repair leaks to the stainless steel gutter/slide main drain box connection to
include a one-time pressure test to verify that no more voids exist. NOTE: if after the
pressure test additional voids are found the Owner will be informed, at which point they
will have the option of having us to continue the fix or not. Should they choose to have us
continue it will be charged at a rate $290.00 per man hour. This is a NOT TO EXCEED
price and includes all material and labor.
