BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO THAT: Section 1. Rezoning from R-1 to A: Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code § 67-6511, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby rezoned from Residential (R-1) to Agricultural (A), as provided under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Iona. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, execution and publication in the manner provided by law.
