RE: Explanation of Addendum #1 to Contract #51-2017 for Contractor to provide
On -Call and As Needed Services in connection with Nuisance Mowing for Blight
Elimination Program (BEP) identified Nuisance Properties of which the grass and
vegetation has exceeded the 8 inches in height as established by the City Ordinance
— This agreement entered into between the City of Richmond, Indiana through its
Board of Public Works & Safety and Pro Lawn & Landscaping, for purpose of
Mowing Nuisance Blight Elimination Program (BEP) properties for the Department
of Infrastructure and Development.
Funds to be used from Blight Elimination Program Nuisance Mowing on an On -Call or
As Needed status to mow nuisance properties for the City of Richmond.
Invoice Cost(s)................................$100.00/per yard for services provided
