To provide on -call and as needed services in connection with nuisance mowing for identified
properties of which the grass and vegetation has exceeded the 8 inches in height as established
by City Ordinance.
Not to exceed $135.00 per yard.
• CONTRACT NO. 78-2018 — BAKER COMMUNICATIONS
To provide professional services for a one -day -in-depth training workshop for the City of Richmond
Not to exceed $8,000.00

• ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 51-2017 — PRO LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING
To continue to provide on -call and as needed services in connection with Nuisance mowing for
Blight Elimination Program (BEP) for identified nuisance properties of which the grass and
vegetation has exceeded the 8 inches height as established by the City Ordinance.
The compensation is the same as the original contract, $100.00 per yard.
